Periodic summary.
This bulletin covers the preceding operating period across the central and inner monitored areas.
Sensing. Optical sensing availability across the monitored estate averaged 99.2%, against a target of 98.5%. Fourteen units were taken out of service for scheduled recalibration and returned within the planned window. Two units at Bermondsey Street were recalibrated ahead of schedule following a variance in reported confidence values. No coverage gap resulted. Availability is calculated against units declared at the opening of the period. Units commissioned or removed during a period enter the denominator at the following boundary.
Flow. Passenger flow models were updated at eleven locations. Mean predicted-to-observed residual across the estate fell from 0.061 to 0.048. Residuals at Old Street junction remain above the estate mean and are subject to continued review. Three incomplete observation windows were excluded from the aggregate. Inclusion would not have changed the estate classification.
Lighting. Ambient thresholds were adjusted in four areas. In each case the adjustment fell below the materiality threshold and no notification was issued. Aggregate overnight illuminance across the affected areas is reduced by approximately 11%. No increase in reported incidents has been observed. The revised profiles will remain in effect pending an ordinary close-of-period review.
Dwell. Dwell-time reviews were completed at three locations. Two resulted in changes to seating provision. One resulted in no change. Mean stationary occupancy across the reviewed locations fell by 6.4%.
Reconciliation. Nine anomalous readings were reconciled during the period. Eight were attributable to unit drift. One remains under review and is not expected to require publication. Historic figures affected by drift have been restated in the aggregate record.
Public contact. No enquiries were received. The absence of contact is recorded separately from the absence of a measured operational effect.
Network performance during the period was within expected parameters.
